Shipping Charges

We can ship to virtually anywhere, worldwide.  Outside UK contact us first for price (quotes available on request). Shipping to anywhere outside the UK can be done using delivery to suit circumstances. Prices vary according to size and weight of goods and destination. Please contact us with a list of products and your address for a delivery quotation.

N.B. Shipping to outside the UK will require further security information and I.D. to be provided by the cardholder.

Order availability

We will ship products that are in stock within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Please note that our offices are closed between Christmas and New Year.


No liability will be accepted for incidental or consequential losses suffered in result of delay in delivery (excluding cases covered by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Liability in cases of guaranteed deliveries will be strictly limited to the cost of carriage charged at the time of ordering.


If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the initial delivery costs.

Items returned for credit which have been tested, tried, or used will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Any items returned with packing missing/damaged or any other contents, will also be charged to the customer. Any items returned to us within 7 - 28 working days will be subject to a 25% handling charge.

Faulty Goods

Any goods returned for credit which are not faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum £15 carriage charge. Any refund will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Any items missing will also be charged.

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product or give you a refund for the purchase price.
